EMPOWERED EXPANSION COMPLETE
Empowered Indoor Cycling has added an indoor Strength Studio. Coming this March, they will offer strength and stability classes, small group and personal training. They are touting their low-impact model with the goal of building the body. They will hold a soft opening at the end of February. See their new space (located directly above the cycling studio) below.
THE ROCKIN' CHICKEN TO TRY NEW CONCEPT AT PARKVILLE MARKET
Parkville Market in Hartford isn't open yet, but it's sure to please when they do. Their latest addition is a cool new concept by the owners of Hartford-based, The Rockin' Chicken. Kate and Miguel Colon will open Ceviche Bowls in the market when it opens this year. Offerings will include ceviche, quinoa, causa (layered casserole), and more. Pretty cool, right?

*I wanted to give a shoutout to The Glastonbury Rotary Club for asking The Scoop to be a guest speaker last Monday. I was so HONORED to be there after growing up going to multiple Rotary events over the years. Thanks to President-elect, Debbie Eisenberg, current President John Larabee, and my DAD...Ron Brousseau! It was a great night and I met lots of amazing business owners.
