“I think the credit union industry is poised to do everything, catering to younger clients by offering self-service technology, like our banking kiosks or mobile app, or helping older clients by guiding and educating them about these new technologies.”
In spite of their growth, Nutmeg still has a small bank feel. When customers visit a branch, they are likely greeted by name. When they call customer service, they talk to a real person on the other end.
And, big things are happening with the branch in Glastonbury. They plan to redesign the interior and lease out the extra space and will eventually redevelop the property next door.
