ORTHOPEDIC ASSOCIATES WALK-IN TREATMENT...PLUS, WANG PALACE TO OPEN THIS WEEK

HERE’S THE SCOOP…

ORTHOPEDIC ASSOCIATES NOW OFFERING WALK-IN TREATMENT

sponsored

We love when something makes our life easier and this, my friends, is one of those things! Orthopedic Associates of Hartford has an Urgent Care in Glastonbury at 345 Western Boulevard. Why is this amazing? Because typical urgent cares do not have the same expertise in orthopedic injuries. It's the busiest time of year for families with kids in sports, but now they can be seen weeknights from 4:30 to 8:00 PM and weekends from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM by an orthopedic expert if their child has an injury. If needed, they can get a same-day appointment during business hours by calling 860.244.8888. They offer onsite x-rays, casting, and sprints. And, get this, they will get you into physical therapy within days. They treat all ages so spread the word about this new walk-in service at Orthopedic Associates!

WANG PALACE NEW LOCATION

One thing we know FOR SURE is people LOVE Wang Palace. That's why, as sad as we were to say 'goodbye', now we are saying 'hello' to their new space in Rocky Hill. They OPEN TOMORROW at 1914 Silas Deane Highway. The new space looks awesome and they will have the same delicious offerings. Congrats to Si and his team!

AGAINST THE GRAIN FITNESS MOVING

Against the Grain Fitness will move into the former laundromat next to the new Spicy Green Bean on New London Turnpike. They've outgrown their space inside Designed Training on Oakwood. Owner, Brian Cusano will offer clients personal training one-on-one or in small group settings, strength and conditioning, nutrition coaching, and group fitness. They also work with athletes of all ages to reduce injury and improve performance. They are currently renovating the space. Find more info about them HERE.

ODDS & ENDS…

*There is a fun event this weekend that will benefit the Breast Friends Fund. Wear a costume for a special prize!

*Thanks to everyone who came down to visit us at this year's Apple Fest. We had a great time meeting people and serving drinks at the pub! Cheers to a fun year!
