GHOST KITCHENS OPERATING OUT OF BERTUCCI'S
Recently, Guy Fieri announced the opening of five Flavortown Kitchens in Connecticut. These are not brick and mortar restaurants, but rather DELIVERY ONLY (so-called 'ghost kitchens') that work out of local restaurants. There is now one in the Glastonbury Bertucci's in The Griswold Shoppes Plaza. Also operating there is Mr.Beast Burgers, a Virtual Dining Concepts brand owned by YouTube star Mr.Beast.
