The opening of The Edge Fitness behind Chili's on Main Street in Glastonbury is WORTH. THE. WAIT. It's legit insane. The facility is absolutely gorgeous and their offerings are endless. They have a multitude of equipment including treadmills, bikes, weights, and weight lifting machines. But that's only one part of what they offer for your fitness needs. They have group workout classes, small group classes that mimic some of the trending workouts, a cinema room with treadmills and bikes, a women's ONLY room, the coolest kids area EVER with a rock wall and fitness classes for kids, changing rooms, showers...the list goes on and on. They are still offering some great deals pre-opening, which is this Saturday, October 2nd. Their hours will be 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM everyday and 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on the weekends. PROPOSAL FOR BUSHNELL SOUTH DEVELOPMENT
We love following development and this caught our eye for a few reasons. 1. It's a large area of vacant lots right near The Bushnell in downtown Hartford. 2. We want to support this little city of ours so that the surrounding towns can benefit as well! This is called Bushnell South and includes a mix of apartments, restaurants, and retail. We just love the layout...it's reminiscent of old school city blocks and includes a lot in a relatively small area. Bonus: it's in close proximity to The Bushnell (obvi), The XL Center, and The Yard Goats Stadium. What more could we want people? Check it out! Would love to hear your thoughts...
