ANI'S TABLE TO TAKEOVER DIFIORE RAVIOLI SHOP
World class caterer, Ani Robaina, is set to take over DiFiore Ravioli Shop in Rocky Hill. The owners of DiFiore decided to focus full time on their Ellington location and move food production closer to that shop. Ani's Table & Marketplace will bring a fresh new vibe to the space with Ani's take on specialty foods and catering. She will also be selling DiFiore raviolis. Ani is sooooo talented. LA PIASTRA BECOMING BAKE MARKET
The owners of The Charles recently announced they are taking over La Piastra in both Wethersfield and Glastonbury and renaming it Bake Market. It will be a French-style bakery and they will offer sweet and savory baked goods, coffee, prepared meals, and catering. The owner of La Piastra, Lauren Siegel will be Catering Manager. They plan to open this summer.
