ELITE MUSCLE MECHANICS NEW ARCH SUPPORT PROGRAM...PLUS, THE NEXT CHAPTER FOR CURATED HOUSE

HERE’S THE SCOOP…

ELITE MUSCLE MECHANICS ARCH SUPPORT PROGRAM

Josh Lewbel of Elite Muscle Mechanics in Glastonbury is offering 25% OFF his Arch Support Program. The program is designed to improve the health of feet and ankles and can help with the following issues: Fallen arches, bunions, sprained ankles, neuroma's, plantarfasciitis, and more. It includes 5x 1-hour sessions of one-on-one work, plus, one pair of XERO shoes. Josh took us through the initial assessment and did some Muscle Activation Techniques with us (we instantly had better mobility and strength in our legs and ankles and he legit fixed our crooked squat). His new offer includes the XERO shoes which mimic being barefoot. Josh says shoes are often a common cause of arch, foot, and ankle problems. The shoes, paired with his MAT program have given many of his clients complete relief and helped them get back to the things they love to do...working out, walking with their spouse through the neighborhood, hiking with their pup...you get the drift. CURATED HOUSE SHOP MOVING ONLINE

We are having so many emotions about this piece of news...we can't even stand it. Our good friend and Business Bestie, Stacy Britnell, is transitioning her home decor boutique, Curated House at 2400 Main in Glastonbury (yellow house at the corner of Main and Hebron), to ONLINE only. This was not an easy decision, but definitely one that made more sense for her business model. Stacy's online business has been growing rapidly...a sign that it made more sense for her to focus on her website offerings instead of her brick-and-mortar shop. Curated House is a mix of old and new pieces for any style home. Many of her longtime customers come to her because they know she offers unique pieces from around the world. Her decades of experience in the world of antiques, vintage, and even modern decor have allowed her to offer an intimate design experience. Here's what to know: 1. Curated House collections are available on their website: www.shopcuratedhouse.com 2. Last day for in-store purchases is this Saturday, September 30th.

*LOTS OF LUCK AND LOVE TO ONE OF OUR ABSOLUTE FAVES!

DORO MARKETPLACE OPENING SOON IN WETHERSFIELD

The owners of DORO are opening their 3rd location just over the bridge in Wethersfield on the Silas Deane Highway. They have transformed the old Chips Family Restaurant into a GORG spot. We are hearing rumblings that they may OPEN this week, but nothing has been confirmed by the owners. Stay tuned...it's a great place for coffee, baked goods, and sandwiches. Can't wait!

TREES OF GIVING DATE SET

We know...it's early to talk about Christmas, but we are super pumped for this awesome event and are recruiting sponsors! Keri + Sarah from William Raveis and Abby from The Inspired Kitchen have set a date for Trees of Giving: A Magical Benefit for Glastonbury Gives. It will be held Friday, December 1st 5:00 to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, December 2nd 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Glen Lochen on New London Turnpike. ANYONE can sponsor a tree (business owners, residents, families, neighborhoods, groups of friends). Simply send an email to Keri Watkins at keri.watkins@raveis.com or Sarah Kimball at Sarah.Kimball@raveis.com. All gifted trees will be raffled off during the event. There will be hot cocoa, apple cider, and a Saturday visit from Santa. This was an incredibly festive and magical event last year and we can't wait to participate.
