EMPOWERED CYCLING MOVES TO LARGER STUDIO
Longtime cycling and fitness studio, Empowered, has moved to a new, larger location. Owner, Jocelyn Demaio is excited about their new space at 28 Main Street, East Hartford (just over the Glastonbury line across from ShopRite). Empowered opened in December of 2016 as a Cycling Studio. Four years later, they expanded their offerings with the launch of their Strength Classes that include TRX (kick butt workout!) and Barre. REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR SUMMER PROGRAM AT GLENBROOKE
Every year, you say you're going to figure out your summer schedule for the kids EARLY and every year.....(SIGGGHHHH!) Well...we are here to help my friends! Glenbrooke Outdoor Sports Center recently opened registration for their new Summer Sports Day Program. It runs Monday through Friday June 19th to August 11th for kids ages 6 to 14 years old. The weekly price is now just $295.00 and includes swim, pickleball (new this year!), basketball, double-dutch, arts & crafts, and more. The program is run by Dan Crovo (he might be the coolest guy with kids we have ever met....just the sweetest!). Dan has an extensive backround working with all kinds of kids (including special needs) and has built a team around him that follows his lead of INCLUDING, CARING, and HAVING FUN!
