IMPRESSIVE JURY VERDICT FOR LOCAL LAW FIRM...PLUS, RUN, DON'T WALK TO ORCHARD HILL FOR SUMMER FUN

HERE’S THE SCOOP…

SPOTLIGHT ON MCCOY & MCCOY'S $13-MILLION VERDICT

Attorney Frank McCoy Jr. has a passion for helping that led him to fight for injured people. In law school, he worked for several prestigious civil defense firms, but didn't find the work rewarding. Realizing he wanted more, he joined his father's personal injury firm, established in 1960, now McCoy & McCoy. The two worked together until he passed. Attorney McCoy lives local in the Hartford area with his wife and most recently became a grandfather! He has served as a legal representative for victims of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, forklift accidents, falls in hazardous property conditions, wrongful deaths, and other various forms of negligence. But he is most proud of the recent $13-million jury verdict he secured for a client whose life was forever changed when she was ejected from a forklift and suffered further injuries after the machine ran over her leg. It's cases like this that keep him working tirelessly for those in need. To learn more about his services or to set up a FREE consult, click HERE.

*Attorney McCoy is certified in civil trial law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, an ABA-accredited organization that certifies attorneys who demonstrate proficiency and experience in civil trial fields, a distinction as a specialist that fewer than 0.5 percent of Connecticut lawyers achieve.

S. GLASTONBURY MARINA GOING UP FOR AUCTION

The old Seaboard Marina at 684 & 700 Tryon Street is going up for auction. Bidding starts at $1.5-million. There is a viewing scheduled for April 19th from 12:00 to 2:00 PM. The auction will be held April 26th at 12:00 PM. The marina was hit hard last spring when high waters swept away many of the docks. We know that there is currently a dredging permit in place, which is a plus for anyone interested. Can someone who knows the meaning of fun please buy this and put something there that we can all get excited about??? We are thinking a marina with a snack shack...kayaks on the river...ice cream...yard games....we could go on and on and on. Call us for all the ideas and planning, but you have to pay for it (wink-wink). For more info, click HERE.
