JUST SOLVE IT TUTORING IS ACCEPTING STUDENTS
Luis Smith-Rosario launched Just Solve It Tutoring in 2009 after a career in education (as a high school math teacher) and footwear (the name is a nod to Nike's Just Do It campaign). Luis is an SAT math tutor who works with middle and high school students to improve the math portion of their SAT scores. On average, students who work with him increase their score by 100+ points. Luis has locations in West Hartford, Avon, and Glastonbury. He employs a range of STEM tutors and, along with the SAT prep, Luis and his team offer academic support for both math and science courses. Luis moved to Hartford at the age of 10 and is the oldest of five! He lives locally with his wife and daughter and gets much joy from watching students improve both their grades and standardized test scores. Luis says students gain confidence and become subject leaders when they get better grades. FUN FACT: Luis was a DJ and break dancer in his youth (show us the moves Luis!).
