RARE SPACE AVAILABLE IN HIGHLY VISIBLE BUILDING...GLASTONBURY LAX REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

HERE’S THE SCOOP…

PRIME SPACE AVAILABLE IN SOUGHT AFTER BUILDING

We love a good turnaround story and that's exactly what happened with the old Shampoo One building. This prime space currently available is almost 1,000 square feet with direct visibility from Route 2 (80,000 cars per day!) right on the East Hartford/Glastonbury line. It's a cozy little spot on the second floor and is move-in ready. FLOORS ARE GORG | WALLS ARE PAINTED. It's bright and welcoming with a recently renovated bathroom and back storage room, including a sink and counter space. Not to mention, it is next to two thriving businesses. School of Rock East Hartford is set to open soon in the old Shampoo One space and April & Co. hair salon recently opened in the former Just Be space. These are excellent compliments to any business. Thinking of taking the leap and starting your own business? Or, maybe you need to move to a new, better, more visible space...THIS IS IT! Check out the space below.
